Personal Information and Youth Protection
This site does not contain any personal information for youth or adult members. The only contact information available on this site are email aliases linked to direct email accounts of active youth and adult leaders. In accordance with BSA Youth Protection policies, email aliases for active youth leaders are also linked to their associated adviser.
Permissions
Where individuals are shown in photos or names are listed for Lodge and Chapter officers and advisers, permission to display these electronic representations has been obtained via the media release clause of the BSA Annual Health form.

Access to all pages of this site is protected throught SSL/TLS encryption. The URL for all pages of mowogo.org should display https:// at the start, and your browser should show a LOCK symbol, indicating that any information sent to and from the site is secured through the use of data encryption. If you encounter a page that is not secure (URL shows http:// and/or the browser does not show a LOCK symbol), please contact webmaster@mowogo.org.
Forms
Certain portions of this site contain forms which collect event registration information, trading post orders, and credit card billing information. The only data retained on this site is the information pertaining to event registration, and trading post orders. In the case of online payment for lodge events and trading post orders, though credit card billing information is collected, it is forwarded securely to payment processing agencies and is not retained on this site. A limited number of adult Lodge administration staff have access to this stored information, to aid in event registration, and trading post order processing.

This site uses cookies to maintain browser session information which facilitates the online registration process. No information about the user is retained on this site from the use of these cookies. A user may opt out of supporting cookies by disabling cookie support in their browser. Note that disabling support of cookies may eliminate the ability to perform online registration through the mowogo.org site.
