Transfer to Mowogo

Application for transfer of OA membership to Mowogo Lodge.

Please fill out this form so that the Admin Team can enter information about your OA history into the Lodge database.

For the transfer fee (Mowogo Lodge Dues payment for the current year), this form is provides the option for online credit card payment or paying at the door during the next Lodge event. There is no longer a mail in option available for payments. If you do not wish to pay online and elect the pay at the door option, note that your transfer will not become effective and your Mowogo Lodge membership active until the dues payment is received at the next event.
