Mowogo Lodge Shines at First Ever E6 Section Conclave!
Greetings, Mowogo Lodge!
Mowogo Lodge just completed its participation in the first ever E6 Section Conclave with a great experience and successful showings among our brothers and sisters in the event.
Mowogo Lodge finished first in the Ultimate Frisbee as well as third in the Wischixin and Tug-of-War Quest competitions and first in the website and second in the Planbook and Newsletter Administrative competitions among the nine other lodges in our Section. In addition, Brother James Chalmers of Mowogo Lodge was elected to serve as the E6 Section Chief for 2022-2023 this morning at the Section Business Meeting that concluded the Conclave event. Congratulations to our own James Chalmers!
Perhaps most important is that Mowogo Lodge was recognized as being in first place for the Conclave Spirit Award. This recognition demonstrates that all of the Mowogo Lodge Conclave Contingent members shined very brightly during the entirety of the event. Thanks, and congratulations to all who worked very hard to represent the best of Mowogo Lodge at the Conclave and helped to demonstrate the tremendous genuine spirit of the Order of the Arrow in the Northeast Georgia Council, BSA, to honored Scouts and Scouters from Alabama and Georgia! Many thanks to our Lodge Chief, Jacob Ball (who also completed his term as Section Secretary at this Conclave), and Lodge Vice Chief of Finance, Joseph McGahee, for serving as our Lodge Conclave Contingent Leader to assist our Lodge Chief! Great work!
Thanks also to Mr. Britt Bramblett and all of our Advisers for stepping in and serving our contingent at this inaugural E6 Section Conclave!
Keep moving forward, Mowogo…Mowogo…MOWOGO…MOWOGO…MOWOGO!!!
Yours in Cheerfulness,
Rusty Royston
