Indian Summer event at Camp Rotary in Hartwell, GA

Ani Gatogewi Chapter LogoThis Day of Service will include various projects around our primitive campground facility of Camp Rotary on Lake Hartwell. The service projects will take place in the morning. The afternoon activities will include training cells for Indian Affairs (Ceremonies, dancing, drumming, and an Indian Lore Merit Badge Class). Lunch and dinner will be provided. In the evening after dinner, there will be a campfire to thank all the participants who came to help out and learn, and it will end with a Re-Dedication Ceremony.

There will be an LEC meeting during the event in the evening. LEC members, we would prefer that you register so that we can purchase enough food for both the participants and LEC members.

If you wish to attend the Indian Lore Merit Badge class, please check the merit badge check box so that we can order enough kits.

All participants are requested to bring appropriate PPE gear for the work projects, including gloves and eye protection.

The $15 fee covers lunch, dinner, and an event patch.
As food and patches will be ordered in advance, payment online is the only option for this event.
